Using firm pressure, soothing strokes and stretches to the back, neck and shoulder area, a massage session can help reduce tension and free you of minor aches. It’s incredible how much lighter you feel after this massage, especially if you suffer from frequent neck pain. A head, neck and shoulder massage from me will increase range of motion and can help increase the flow of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers

A regular relaxing deep tissue massage where pain points are addressed that refer pain into other areas of the body. Can greatly alleviate long term injuries and undo old pain patterns. Great mixed with techniques like cross-fiber friction to get rid of old muscular scar tissue. Can be booked for 30 minutes working a specific area or mixed into a longer full body massage as you wish.

A massage using effective to-the-point techniques to address the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Increases circulation and range of motion. To address and fix your pain points while nurturing the soul. Will leave you feeling new and improved!
